Each item is individually made, and slight variations in color, finish, or design are expected — this is part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship.

  • Refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders (including engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces) are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide (names, dates, design approvals, etc.), so please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party payment processors such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.
Sales tax is applied based on California state and local regulations.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders throughout the United States.
Estimated processing and delivery times vary depending on the product and location (see our full Shipping Policy).
Once an item is shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Returns and Refunds

For standard, non-custom items, we accept returns under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
