Laser engraving orders may vary depending on design complexity and quantity.

Shipping Options
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Free local pickup may be available upon request.
Delivery Issues
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom items returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Include photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
